Job Description
Territory Sales Manager for Dexcom, promoting diabetes management technology and driving sales in Germany. Overseeing territory management, customer acquisition, and strategic planning.
Responsibilities:
- Present Dexcom’s innovative product portfolio and its associated digital ecosystem to strategically maximize revenue
- Independently manage a defined territory: sales planning, preparation of sales plans, customer support including diabetes specialty stores, and acquisition of new customers
- Responsible for achieving/exceeding the territory’s sales and KPI targets
- Effectively apply sales and marketing strategies to reach territory goals
- Independent territory management and route planning, including preparation and follow-up of visits in CRM systems
- Actively promote the company’s positioning as a market leader in continuous glucose monitoring
- Take responsibility for the territory budget by monitoring and controlling expenses
- Independently plan, organize, and conduct customer events
- Use various interaction methods to deliver the best possible, needs-oriented customer experience
- Cross-functional collaboration with Medical, Market Access, and Marketing teams
- Continuous market and competitor monitoring
- Actively develop and maintain professional relationship management with customer networks, decision-makers, and key opinion leaders.
Requirements:
- Several years of experience in sales, ideally in medical devices, pharmaceuticals, or healthcare
- Experience selling complex technical products or services
- Knowledge of diabetes management and CGM systems is an advantage
- Willingness to travel and stay overnight for congresses and meetings
- Understanding of medical devices, particularly CGM systems
- Confident use of CRM systems and MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
