Job Description

Territory Sales Manager selling Superior Cloth & Stitch medical apparel and accessories to retailers, distributors, and healthcare providers. Managing Southeast accounts, expanding uniform programs, and growing distribution across brick-and-mortar and e-commerce channels.

Responsibilities:

  • Identify and call on prospective customers to secure new business
  • Maintain current accounts and nurture existing relationships to increase business
  • Provide sales reports to the Regional Vice President as required
  • Attend corporate and industry-related events and shows
  • Provide product training for retailers
  • Collaborate with Customer Service, Marketing, Design, and other internal departments to improve products, marketing materials, and customer experience
  • Secure new and incremental business by expanding the company’s footprint in brick-and-mortar locations and .com channels
  • Increase share of space by expanding product distribution
  • Maximize replenishment and seasonal sales by presenting new and existing product lines
  • Improve in-store presence through merchandising the product portfolio

Requirements:

  • Associate’s Degree required
  • Bachelor’s Degree preferred
  • Minimum of 3 years of sales experience in apparel and/or medical sales
  • Demonstrated successful sales results
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook
  • CRM software experience is a plus
  • Ability to use data to build sales presentations and identify opportunities
  • Strong presentation skills
  • Strong oral and written communication skills
  • Ability to travel an average of 70% of the time
  • Territory consists of Kentucky, Tennessee, Alabama, Georgia, and Mississippi
  • Candidates based in the greater Nashville, TN or Atlanta, GA metro areas are preferred
