Job Description
Account Coordinator supporting sales activities to assist Account Managers at a global creative branding agency. Engaging with clients to understand their needs and deliver branding solutions.
Responsibilities:
- Fostering and building Whitestone customers for life!
- Supporting a dedicated Account Manager hit and exceeding sales targets
- Cross selling accounts to grow relationships, exceed sales targets and help offer existing customers a flow of new ideas and solutions we offer
- Following up regularly with leads and customers
- Promoting companies products and services to prospective new buyers and current customers
- Documenting activities in company CRM
- Support Account Managers through a variety of sales activities including; building sales presentation, estimates, sales orders, fulfilling sample request, processing orders and following up on projects
Requirements:
- 1+ years of professional work experience required
- Experience in the promotional products industry is preferred, but not required
- Ability to work in a remote environment with strong, reliable internet access
