Job Description
Embraer customer account manager supporting aircraft aftermarket relationships across the Southeast United States. Driving customer satisfaction, sales opportunities, and long-term aviation service growth.
Responsibilities:
- Obtain and maintain long-term key customers in Executive business areas
- Manage all aspects of the aftermarket relationship with customers
- Assess customer needs, expectations, and issues to develop appropriate plans and services
- Act as liaison between customers and Embraer to promote company solutions and achieve mutual satisfaction
- Manage, coordinate, implement, monitor, and control customer account management activities, processes, programs, and results
- Provide client/operator technical and commercial support for company products and services
- Research and develop ways to optimize, rationalize, and modernize area activities, programs, systems, and technologies
- Serve as communication link between key customers and internal teams
- Align customer needs with internal processes and focal points
- Resolve customer issues and complaints to maintain trust
- Identify customer needs and convert them into sales opportunities
- Prepare and manage target program
- Participate in department budget preparation and control area/program budgets
- Ensure employment law, work security/safety rules, company policies, and procedures compliance
- Ensure high-quality services and ISO requirements
- Manage productivity and organizational results
- Manage the work environment to maintain employee motivation and productivity
- Perform other duties as assigned
Requirements:
- BA in Engineering, specifically aeronautical, mechanical, or electrical engineering
- Minimum 10 years of experience managing client/operator technical and commercial support activities related to company aircraft and services
- Proven experience as a key account manager
- Experience in sales and providing solutions based on customer needs
- Organized and detail-oriented
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with ability to build relationships across organizational levels
- Excellent organizational skills
- Problem-solving and negotiation ability
- Ability to work safely and professionally while adhering to OSHA, EPA, state, and federal regulations
- Commitment to company values and compliance with department norms, policies, directives, and procedures
- Ability to incorporate Lean and P3E processes and concepts into daily activities
- Commitment to continuous process and procedure improvement
- Ability to protect confidential and proprietary documents and information
