Job Description
Account Management Coordinator supporting client needs and service delivery at Personify Health. Collaborating across business functions to resolve issues and enhance client satisfaction.
Responsibilities:
- Ensure client satisfaction: Collaborate across business functions to meet client needs while following through on outstanding items until resolution.
- Monitor client performance: Track internal performance to confirm client expectations are consistently met while maintaining accurate, up-to-date client records.
- Resolve complex issues: Research issues, access necessary resources, and escalate to appropriate internal experts for comprehensive resolution.
- Support client engagement: Participate in and host client meetings as needed while assisting in organizing open enrollment strategies, health fairs, and employee education sessions.
- Assist with renewals: Support Account Managers during contract renewal process while providing ongoing analysis and strategic input for client success.
Requirements:
- 1+ years experience in health insurance, employee benefits, human resources, or healthcare industry
- Experience onboarding new clients and providing account-based service preferred
- Comfort working with HR Directors and Executives
- Clear written and verbal communication skills
- Strong collaboration abilities to work effectively across business functions
- Detail-oriented approach with strong organizational and analytical capabilities
- Ability to build relationships with diverse stakeholders
- Proactive problem-solving mindset with ability to work independently and as part of team
