Job Description

Client Success Lead managing client relationships to ensure successful digital advertising campaigns. Collaborating with media buyers and creative teams in a fast-paced marketing agency environment.

Responsibilities:

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned client accounts.
  • Manage ongoing communication and maintain strong client relationships.
  • Review campaign performance across Google and Meta advertising platforms.
  • Identify performance trends and recommend optimization strategies.
  • Track campaign progress and manage workflows using tools such as Asana.
  • Monitor client satisfaction and proactively address potential issues.
  • Manage multiple accounts while maintaining strong organization and attention to detail.

Requirements:

  • C1/C2 level English proficiency or equivalent.
  • 3+ years of experience managing client accounts in a marketing or agency environment.
  • Experience working directly with clients and managing ongoing relationships.
  • Strong organizational and project management skills.
  • Ability to analyze campaign performance data and provide strategic recommendations.
  • Familiarity with digital advertising platforms such as Google Ads or Meta Ads Manager
  • Experience using project management tools such as Asana or similar platforms.
  • Strong communication and problem solving skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast paced environment.
  • Agency experience working with advertising or marketing teams.

Benefits:

  • Salary: $3000-$4500 USD/month.
  • Full-time contractor engagement.
  • 9am - 5pm Argentina’s time zone.
  • PTO + holidays.
  • Open to Hybrid model in Buenos Aires Office though would be remote to start.
