Job Description

Account Manager responsible for driving sales growth and managing clinic relationships at Hugel Aesthetics. Seeking a motivated individual with experience in pharmaceuticals or aesthetics.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage and grow existing customer relationships within your assigned territory.
  • Identify and convert new business opportunities to achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
  • Conduct in-clinic product education, training coordination, and business development meetings.
  • Develop territory plans aligned with company strategy to increase product adoption and market share.
  • Monitor and report on sales performance
  • Collaborate closely with the National Sales Manager and cross-functional teams (Marketing, Clinical, and Customer Service).
  • Maintain accurate CRM records and ensure all client interactions are logged and reported.

Requirements:

  • Proven sales experience, ideally within the pharmaceutical, aesthetics, or skincare
  • Strong relationship management and communication skills.
  • Ability to plan, prioritise, and execute effectively within a fast-paced environment.
  • Self-motivated with a proactive approach to achieving and exceeding targets.
  • Previous experience engaging with clinics, nurses, or medical practitioners will be highly regarded.

  • Confident, credible, and commercially savvy with injectors, KOLs, and clinic owner
