Job Description
Account Manager at Language Inspired overseeing clients and driving business outcomes. Collaborating with internal teams to deliver localization solutions across Europe in a fully remote role.
Responsibilities:
- Owning our clients – Build trust and manage relationships at the organizational level, going beyond a single point of contact.
- Identify and navigate decision-makers, budget owners, and key influencers by proactively creating touchpoints, coordinating communication, and nurturing engagement.
- Owning client success – Deeply understand multi-stakeholder needs, concerns, objectives, desired outcomes, and priorities.
- Connect our solutions directly to clients’ business models and goals, demonstrating strategic value through evidence-based proposals and past success stories.
- Owning client experience – Take accountability for the end-to-end client journey, securing each stakeholder buy-in on the solution approach.
- Set satisfaction expectations, implement outcome measurement frameworks, monitor performance health, and assess risks to ensure consistent client success.
- Driving our value and growth – Identify expansion opportunities aligned with client goals.
- Lead cross-sell and upsell conversations through insight-driven engagement, developing and executing account plans, milestones that deliver sustainable value and revenue growth.
- Planning and executing with discipline – Own account planning, forecasting, and governance.
- Set strategy into clear actions and regular reviews to maintain momentum and demonstrate progress.
- Address issues proactively, handle complex conversations confidently, and maintain commercial and reputational integrity.
- Collaborating across teams – Partner with Business Development, Solutions & Support, and Language Talent teams to deliver and continuously enhance innovative localization and AI-driven solutions across tiered offerings.
Requirements:
- Fluency in English.
- 5+ years of experience in account management, enterprise relationship management, or customer success.
- 3+ years of experience in the localization, language services and solutions industry with proven success handling complex, global accounts and growing enterprise revenue portfolios.
- Strong commercial acumen with a consultative, value-based approach.
- Excellent communication, presentation, negotiation, and intercultural relationship-building skills.
- Excellent analytical skills, with genuine curiosity about solving business challenges.
- Strong advantage: Additional languages.
- Practical knowledge of language tech platforms, MT, AI, and client LLM tools.
- Experience with regulated industries (e.g., life sciences, health, finance, legal, e-commerce).
- Experience managing contracts, procurement processes, and tender submissions.
