Job Description

Account Manager responsible for managing client benefits and renewals at Warner Pacific. Collaborating with clients and carriers to provide comprehensive solutions.

Responsibilities:

  • Oversee a portfolio of accounts to ensure departmental production standards are met.
  • Collect and review detailed census and client information to develop tailored renewal strategies.
  • Facilitate open enrollment by coordinating with group administrators and carriers.
  • Manage client accounts effectively and utilize CRM platforms to track renewals and upsells.
  • Generate competitive renewal analyses for various products to provide informed options.

Requirements:

  • Minimum of a high school diploma or equivalent; advanced education or degree preferred.
  • A minimum of 2 years prior experience as an Account Manager in Group Health Insurance Industry or equivalent background.
  • Must hold and maintain Life & Health License.
  • Knowledgeable in employee benefits products such as group health, dental, vision, life, and worksite.
  • Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and CRM systems.
