Job Description
Account Manager driving sales strategy for Bridgestone in TBR Retail, Wholesales, and Commercial Fleets. Collaborating with sales and marketing teams to enhance customer experience and sales performance.
Responsibilities:
- Contributes to the execution of the Commercial strategy, sales, units, and profitability targets established by Sales Management within the assigned sales area by delivering sales budget commitments and growing business in TBR Retail, Wholesales, Commercial Fleets and AG/OR channels.
- TBR Sales Performance: Actively provides input and implements sales strategy for all local sales channels in TBR product group (retail/WH/fleet business).
- Develop and implement seasonal sales plans (conditions, value added proposal, trade marketing, E2E efficiency).
- Follows up plans and proposes pro-active actions if results are not satisfactory.
- Closely cooperates with the sales forces of Distributors and dealers (activation, action plans, training).
- Identifies and follows up on significant business opportunities with customers, pinpoints the existing and/or potential problems and arranges for their resolution.
- Regularly visits Commercial Fleets (direct and indirect) on the assigned area, measure and report on tire performance (ToolBox).
- Manages the customer database under the dedicated program, with particular emphasis on new ones: active maintenance activities (purchase analysis/action plan), support for communication activities, provides feedback from the market, market needs/participates in creating new functionalities.
- Prepares input for the annual budgeting process and regular forecasting, reports of progress.
- AG/OR Sales Performance: Actively provides input and implements sales strategy for AG/OR Customer.
- Develop and implement seasonal sales plans (conditions, value added proposal, trade marketing, E2E efficiency).

Requirements:
- Higher education
- 2-5 years experience in Automotive Industry (tyres, commercial vehicle and /or components), as a Sales, After Sales or Service Manager
- Lithuanian and English is a must
- Willing to travel
- Office (Word, Excel, Power Point)
- Driving licence B
- Experience of Multinational Company in Automotive sector.
- Proved experience in Sales & After sales positions in Truck & Bus segment.
- Familiarly with Truck & Bus Fleet business.
- Experience in Dealer Network development in terms of Service Level, Corporate Identity and Company IT-System-Process-Reporting usage.
- Familiarly with New Prospect Analysis & Existing Dealer performance evaluation.
- Capability to increase current BS level of knowledge and skills in area such as Dealer Network Development and overall Dealer Business Model (Service Level and Profitability Analysis).
- Good communicator who can interact easily in confidence and with credibility at all levels, both inside and outside the organization.
- Capable to work with people of different sophistication.
- Capable to support overall business development.
