Job Description
Account Manager for Organon products in the Netherlands responsible for customer relationships and achieving sales targets. Collaborating with cross-functional teams to support healthcare solutions and customer satisfaction.
Responsibilities:
- Work in The Netherlands managing sales for selected Organon products
- Build and maintain partnerships with targeted customers to ensure satisfaction and loyalty
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams within the organization
- Understand customer needs related to patient management and develop tailored strategies to meet those needs
- Report sales results to the Sales Lead
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree
- At least five years of successful work experience in the pharmaceutical field service as an Account Manager
- Experience in hospital approach in The Netherlands
- Experience in neurology and migraine is a plus
- Experience in communicating complex medical and pharmacological information on products and therapeutic concepts
- Entrepreneurial thinking and acting
- Experience in organizing hybrid, online and/or face-to-face events
- Willingness to undertake independent and proactive professional training
- Strong oral and written communication skills in Dutch and English.
