Job Description
Account Manager driving new revenue in the European territory for leading retail cloud technology solutions. Collaborating closely with Sales Engineering and Customer Success on client engagement and retention.
Responsibilities:
- Drive new revenue by systematically prospecting, developing, and closing opportunities across European territory
- Collaborate with Sales Engineering during pre-sales process
- Retain customer accounts to identify and execute upsell and cross-sell opportunities
- Own the full sales cycle and achieve Annual Recurring Revenue (ARR) targets
- Maintain 90-day sales pipeline in Salesforce
- Collaborate with account team and Customer Success for high customer satisfaction
Requirements:
- Minimum of 2 years of relevant IT sales experience in a B2B environment
- Professional working fluency in English, Swedish, and either Danish or Norwegian (written and verbal)
- Proven ability to deliver compelling and persuasive sales presentations
- Exceptional communication skills (verbal, non-verbal, and written)
- Strong relationship-building skills and demonstration of leadership potential
- Documented track record of achieving or exceeding sales targets
