Job Description
Account Manager managing brand client portfolios and relationships for an influencer marketing agency. Responsible for client satisfaction and driving account growth while working remotely.
Responsibilities:
- Own a portfolio of brand clients as their dedicated point of contact
- Maintain bi-weekly (minimum) recurring meetings with every client
- Proactively identify and resolve issues before they become problems
- Convert Ignite pilot clients into Platinum or VIP always-on partnerships
- Present campaign results and ROI reports during review calls
Requirements:
- 2+ years of account management, client success, or relationship-driven sales experience
- Comfortable with technology including HubSpot, Asana, AI tools (Claude), SendBlue, and Google Workspace
- Experience in influencer marketing, social media marketing, or adjacent digital marketing fields (nice to have)
- Familiarity with HubSpot CRM (nice to have)
- Background as an executive assistant, agency account lead, or client-facing consultant (nice to have)
