Job Description

Account Manager responsible for acquiring new customers in off-street parking in Germany. Collaborating with European teams to develop solutions for partners.

Responsibilities:

  • As an Off-Street Account Manager, you play a key role in acquiring new customers (parking operators) and expanding existing business relationships in the area of parking facilities/garages.
  • In close collaboration with the European Arrive team and the Head of Gated, you develop solutions for private and public partners.
  • Your main responsibilities include: establishing new partnerships and maintaining existing customer relationships.
  • Analyzing markets and potential customers and identifying relevant leads.
  • Managing the entire sales process – from initial contact through negotiations to solution implementation.
  • Supporting partners in digitizing their parking operations.
  • Conducting training and providing ongoing support to partners.

Requirements:

  • At least 3 years of experience in B2B sales, preferably selling complex service offerings such as SaaS.
  • Excellent negotiation and communication skills, and strong commercial acumen.
  • Proven success in Key Account Management or comparable roles.
  • Experience using CRM systems and working with public-sector clients and larger enterprises.
  • Independent, structured, and solution-oriented work style.
  • Analytical skills and strategic thinking to develop business cases and promote partner success.
  • Fluent in German and English.
  • Preferred: degree in Business Administration or Economics, or a comparable practice-oriented qualification.
  • Experience working with municipalities or public institutions.
