Job Description

Sales & CRM Virtual Assistant supporting a Canadian consulting firm specializing in succession planning. Responsible for lead generation, CRM management, and supporting outreach campaigns.

Responsibilities:

  • Research and identify target companies aligned with defined ideal client profiles
  • Perform lead scraping and data enrichment (emails, phone numbers, LinkedIn, company details)
  • Validate and verify contact accuracy
  • Qualify prospects based on provided criteria
  • Build organized prospect lists for outreach campaigns
  • Maintain and update HubSpot records accurately
  • Manage tagging, segmentation, and pipeline stages
  • Track activities, follow-ups, and engagement
  • Support cold calling initiatives (if required)
  • Assist with list management and campaign tracking
  • Help refine lead qualification and outreach processes over time

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in lead generation and outbound prospecting
  • Hands-on experience with HubSpot CRM
  • Strong English communication skills (written and verbal)
  • Experience with data scraping and contact research tools
  • Strong attention to detail and research accuracy
  • Comfortable working North American hours
