Job Description
Sales & CRM Virtual Assistant supporting a Canadian consulting firm specializing in succession planning. Responsible for lead generation, CRM management, and supporting outreach campaigns.
Responsibilities:
- Research and identify target companies aligned with defined ideal client profiles
- Perform lead scraping and data enrichment (emails, phone numbers, LinkedIn, company details)
- Validate and verify contact accuracy
- Qualify prospects based on provided criteria
- Build organized prospect lists for outreach campaigns
- Maintain and update HubSpot records accurately
- Manage tagging, segmentation, and pipeline stages
- Track activities, follow-ups, and engagement
- Support cold calling initiatives (if required)
- Assist with list management and campaign tracking
- Help refine lead qualification and outreach processes over time
Requirements:
- Proven experience in lead generation and outbound prospecting
- Hands-on experience with HubSpot CRM
- Strong English communication skills (written and verbal)
- Experience with data scraping and contact research tools
- Strong attention to detail and research accuracy
- Comfortable working North American hours
