Job Description
Innovationsmanager at COREEN GmbH supporting SMEs in developing AI strategies and implementing digital transformations. Responsible for analyzing technology potentials and fostering cooperation.
Responsibilities:
- Analysis of AI and technology potentials in small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs)
- Development of innovative use cases in AI, digitalization and automation
- Technical facilitation of AI workshops, potential analyses, pilot projects and transformation processes
- Networking with entrepreneurs, subject-matter experts and our COREEN network to create synergies
- Preparation of technical concept papers, innovation roadmaps and inputs for funding programs
Requirements:
- University degree in an engineering, natural sciences or mathematical discipline (e.g., Computer Science, Physics, Mathematics, Data Science, Engineering)
- Native-level German and good command of English
- Proven professional experience in AI, digitalization and automation
- Ability to convey complex technical topics in a practical and understandable way
- Interest in SMEs, innovation culture and interdisciplinary collaboration
- Strong communication skills, initiative and a structured working style
