Job Description
Area Manager leading distributor network for Wellspect, a MedTech company in MENA region. Responsible for sales targets and strategic plans to drive business growth.
Responsibilities:
- Manage existing distributor network through online and live meetings
- Secure sales generated by distributor staff
- Guide distributors' sales teams to achieve targets
- Develop and execute a strategic business plan
Requirements:
- Extensive experience in sales
- Strong leadership, communication, and negotiation skills
- Understanding of healthcare market
