Job Description

Area Sales Manager responsible for B2B client engagement and new customer acquisition in energy efficiency solutions. Join our mission to reduce CO2 emissions in the residential sector.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage and advise our B2B existing customers in the Bremen / Oldenburg sales territory
  • Actively acquire new customers in the professional housing sector
  • Conduct systematic market and potential analyses and independently identify new target customers
  • Perform cross-selling and upselling across the entire product portfolio
  • Work closely with the operational KALO field sales organization

Requirements:

  • Several years of B2B sales experience (minimum 5 years) with technically complex products or services
  • Good knowledge of the housing industry or the energy sector
  • Clear communication and strong persuasion skills
  • A strong commercial instinct and a good sense for customers and closing deals
  • Technical affinity combined with the willingness to become familiar with digital heating systems and smart-heating technologies
  • Strong solution orientation, self-initiative, and decisiveness
  • Residence located within the Bremen / Oldenburg sales territory
