Job Description
Area Sales Manager responsible for B2B client engagement and new customer acquisition in energy efficiency solutions. Join our mission to reduce CO2 emissions in the residential sector.
Responsibilities:
- Manage and advise our B2B existing customers in the Bremen / Oldenburg sales territory
- Actively acquire new customers in the professional housing sector
- Conduct systematic market and potential analyses and independently identify new target customers
- Perform cross-selling and upselling across the entire product portfolio
- Work closely with the operational KALO field sales organization
Requirements:
- Several years of B2B sales experience (minimum 5 years) with technically complex products or services
- Good knowledge of the housing industry or the energy sector
- Clear communication and strong persuasion skills
- A strong commercial instinct and a good sense for customers and closing deals
- Technical affinity combined with the willingness to become familiar with digital heating systems and smart-heating technologies
- Strong solution orientation, self-initiative, and decisiveness
- Residence located within the Bremen / Oldenburg sales territory
