Job Description
Sales Development Representative focused on closing membership deals for a men's grooming brand. Engaging with warm leads through sales calls and follow-up outreach in LATAM.
Responsibilities:
- Call and follow up with warm inbound leads (form fills, event leads, site traffic)
- Manage high daily call volume (100–200 calls/day)
- Build rapport quickly and guide prospects through the sales process
- Close memberships aligned with client needs and routines
- Maintain consistent follow-up via calls and messaging
- Track activity and outcomes in CRM
Requirements:
- Proven experience in closing sales over the phone (B2C preferred)
- Strong communication skills and confident phone presence
- Experience handling high call volume environments
- Ability to control conversations and drive outcomes
- Comfortable working performance-driven roles
- Fluent English
