Job Description

Outbound SDR generating B2B SaaS leads for Remote’s global HR platform. Qualifying prospects, booking Account Executive appointments, and initiating international employment sales cycles.

Responsibilities:

  • Respond, engage and qualify outbound leads and inquiries
  • Source new sales prospects and reach out to book appointments for Account Executives
  • Clearly communicate Remote's value propositions and assess prospect needs and fit
  • Provide support to the Account Executive team as needed
  • Educate and develop prospects, leading to hand-off to sales teams
  • Create target prospect lists and penetrate key accounts
  • Cold call prospects generated by various outside sources
  • Identify key players, research and obtain business requirements, and present solutions to begin the sales cycle
  • Report to the Manager, Outbound Sales Development

Requirements:

  • Proven business development success using core sales tools
  • Experience working as an SDR in a B2B SaaS technology company
  • Knowledge of HubSpot, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, or Chorus is a plus
  • Able to negotiate skillfully and promote or sell ideas persuasively
  • Exceptional oral and written communication and listening skills
  • Positive and energetic phone presence
  • Strategic and tactical thinking
  • Ability to maintain a positive attitude in the face of criticism, rejection, or failure
  • Strong sense of urgency for reaching goals and key deliverables
  • Self-starter, proactive, and able to bring new ideas to the team
  • Extremely self-motivated with a diligent work ethic
  • Fluent written and spoken English
  • Remote work experience is a plus, not required
  • Strong automation and AI capabilities and AI fluency
