Job Description
Sales Development Representative at Silo for agricultural supply chain efficiency. Engage prospects and support Account Executives in generating pipeline with a data-driven approach.
Responsibilities:
- Expand Silo’s business by discovering qualified prospects
- Communicate the value of Silo’s products in helping achieve business improvements
- Work directly with Account Executives, generating pipeline
- Maintain detailed records of interactions and leads in Salesforce CRM
- Take a data backed approach to prospecting, outreach and pipeline generation
Requirements:
- Bilingual (Spanish/English) - Required
- Superior verbal and written communication skills
- Commitment to pursuing a career in sales
- Consistent track record of overachievement
- Competitive, resilient, and highly motivated
- A great attitude and love for teamwork
- BA/BS Degree or equivalent work experience
