Job Description
Business Development Admin providing project and administrative support to senior leadership in a real estate startup. Coordinating meetings and supporting business initiatives efficiently.
Responsibilities:
- Coordinate calendars and prepare meetings for leadership
- Track tasks, deadlines, and initiative progress
- Support business development projects and research opportunities
- Maintain trackers, notes, and documentation
- Execute follow-ups and support team communications
- Organize priorities and ensure leadership requests are completed
Requirements:
- Has 2+ years of solid experience in business development executive support and project coordination
- Strong organizational, multitasking, and communication skills
- Ability to track tasks, deadlines, and initiatives effectively
- Professional approach to internal communication and project support
