Job Description

Business Development Coordinator supporting growth across home care and healthcare markets. Engaging with healthcare decision-makers and driving lead generation through strategic outreach and events.

Responsibilities:

  • Attend industry conferences, trade shows, and networking events
  • Engage healthcare owners, operators, and decision-makers
  • Generate and qualify leads, converting them into scheduled demos
  • Conduct outreach before and after events to build pipeline
  • Build and maintain relationships with healthcare organizations and partners
  • Conduct site visits and in-person meetings as needed
  • Support and coordinate webinars, lunch & learns, and educational sessions
  • Track all activity in CRM and maintain accurate records
  • Execute consistent and timely follow-up

Requirements:

  • 2+ years in business development, sales, or client-facing roles
  • Strong communication and presentation skills
  • Experience with networking, events, or outreach preferred
  • Organized with strong follow-up discipline
  • Comfortable using CRM systems
  • Willingness to travel as needed
