Job Description

Business Development Manager expanding JobLeads’ job-board and digital-media partnerships. Building new commercial models to help its global jobseeker platform reach more users.

Responsibilities:

  • Own the full new-business cycle for partnerships, including identifying, pitching, negotiating, and closing deals
  • Re-engage churned or dormant partners and develop commercial cases to win them back
  • Scout and develop new partnership formats, including JobLeads widgets on partner websites and CPL/CPA arrangements
  • Act as the commercial bridge between partners and JobLeads
  • Collaborate with Partnership Management and the Product Manager, Partnerships on non-standard structures, monetization routes, and product features
  • Negotiate commercial terms, contracts, and pricing models including CPC, CPL, CPA, co-registration, and hybrids
  • Represent JobLeads at industry events and conferences
  • Build a long-term network of prospective partners
  • Track and report pipeline, conversion, and partner performance against growth targets such as active partners, contract volume, and ROI

Requirements:

  • 5+ years in B2B sales, partnerships, or business development
  • Ideally experience in affiliate or performance marketing, ad tech, HR tech, job boards, or online marketplaces
  • Demonstrable track record in the relevant field
  • Genuine sales mentality; comfortable prospecting, pitching, and closing
  • Persistence in handling objections and nurturing prospective partners
  • Strong negotiation skills and commercial acumen
  • Ability to structure and defend CPC, CPL, CPA, and hybrid deals
  • Familiarity with CRM tools such as HubSpot or Salesforce
  • Experience working cross-functionally with product or technology teams
  • Self-starter able to build and manage a pipeline with minimal guidance
  • Comfort with ambiguity and creating new partnership playbooks
  • Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
  • Fluent in English
  • Existing network among job boards, career platforms, content publishers, or comparable digital media partners is a plus
  • Familiarity with partner tracking, feeds, or click-management platforms such as Appcast/Clickcast is a plus
  • Understanding of the subscription economy and user engagement metrics is a plus
  • Experience in a startup or fast-growth tech environment is a plus
  • Additional European languages are a plus
