Job Description
Business Development Executive driving new business growth at GHY, focusing on client relationships and strategic deals. Engaging in sales and business development to enhance market presence and revenue.
Responsibilities:
- Own New Business Growth: Prospect, pursue, and win new business through targeted outbound sales and business development (“hunting”) activities
- Set and achieve ambitious short- and long-term sales goals
- Design and Close Strategic Deals: Conduct deep needs assessments to understand client operations, risks, and opportunities.
- Analyze trade dynamics and prepare competitive, compliant quotes
- Expand and Deepen Client Relationships: Retain and grow existing accounts by identifying expansion opportunities
Requirements:
- Five (5) or more years of relevant industry experience
- Prior experience in international trade, logistics, or customs brokerage preferred
