Job Description
Business Development Manager at a global fintech company focusing on Japanese market partnerships. Role involves building networks and acquiring new clients for trading activities.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and manage Introducing Broker (IB) and affiliate partnerships within the Japanese market
- Identify, recruit, and onboard new partners, traders, and introducing brokers
- Generate new leads through partner networks, affiliate channels, and social media platforms
- Build and maintain strong long-term relationships with partners to drive trading activity and growth.
- Monitor partner performance and provide regular reporting on results and opportunities
- Stay up to date with industry trends, competitor activity, and developments within the Forex/CFD market.
Requirements:
- Fluent/ native in Japanese and English (C1), with good proficiency in both writing and communication
- Proven experience in Business Development, Partnerships, or Sales within the Forex or CFD industry
- Existing network of IBs, affiliates, or trading communities in the Japanese market is highly preferred
- Strong understanding of FX trading platforms such as MT4, MT5, or similar
- Highly target-driven with strong relationship management skills
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment.
