Job Description

Business Development Manager at a global fintech company focusing on Japanese market partnerships. Role involves building networks and acquiring new clients for trading activities.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and manage Introducing Broker (IB) and affiliate partnerships within the Japanese market
  • Identify, recruit, and onboard new partners, traders, and introducing brokers
  • Generate new leads through partner networks, affiliate channels, and social media platforms
  • Build and maintain strong long-term relationships with partners to drive trading activity and growth.
  • Monitor partner performance and provide regular reporting on results and opportunities
  • Stay up to date with industry trends, competitor activity, and developments within the Forex/CFD market.

Requirements:

  • Fluent/ native in Japanese and English (C1), with good proficiency in both writing and communication
  • Proven experience in Business Development, Partnerships, or Sales within the Forex or CFD industry
  • Existing network of IBs, affiliates, or trading communities in the Japanese market is highly preferred
  • Strong understanding of FX trading platforms such as MT4, MT5, or similar
  • Highly target-driven with strong relationship management skills
  • Ability to work independently in a remote environment.
