Job Description
Business Development Representative generating outbound leads for SaaS company SingleFile. Engaging with prospects through cold calls and setting qualified meetings for sales team.
Responsibilities:
- Make 80+ cold calls daily to prospects SingleFile hasn't worked with before
- Research target accounts to understand their practice areas, structure, and potential pain points
- Navigate past gatekeepers with persistence and professionalism
- Qualify prospects on budget, authority, need, and timeline in quick discovery calls
- Set 30+ SQL meetings per month that convert into pipeline
- Track all activity and outcomes in HubSpot
- Use ZoomInfo and other tools to build targeted prospect lists
Requirements:
- 2+ years as an SDR/BDR at a B2B SaaS company in an outbound-focused role
- Proven track record of hitting or exceeding quota through cold outreach
- Experience generating new business pipeline (not managing existing accounts)
- Strong phone skills and ability to qualify prospects quickly
- Familiarity with HubSpot, ZoomInfo, Outreach, or similar tools
- Bonus: Experience prospecting into legal, compliance, or financial services
- Background at an early-stage startup where you built pipeline from scratch
- Located in Mountain or Pacific time zones
