Job Description

Channel Account Manager expanding Azul’s Java ecosystem partner network across the UK, Ireland, and Northern Europe. Qualifying partners and driving complex Fortune 500 opportunities.

Responsibilities:

  • Build the channel across the United Kingdom, Ireland and Northern Europe
  • Help close small and large, multi-million dollar complex deals with Fortune 500 companies
  • Research potential partners
  • Connect with and educate prospects on Azul product offerings
  • Qualify leads and turn them into qualified opportunities
  • Partner with marketing and sales to create and execute programs
  • Identify and qualify prospective partners to resell Azul products and participate in the partner program
  • Educate prospective partners on partner program requirements and deliverables
  • Develop opportunities from prospecting and marketing-generated leads
  • Respond to, engage with and qualify inbound partner leads and inquiries
  • Collaborate with sales and marketing on strategic approaches to partner productivity
  • Develop and execute prospecting plans for new partners in the UK, Ireland and Northern Europe
  • Maintain accurate lead qualification and activity information in SFDC
  • Provide recruitment-effort information to Account Executives and the regional VP Sales
  • Conduct new partner and ongoing enablement and training using the partner portal
  • Maintain records for partner calls, emails, notes, tasks, demos and other relevant information in compliance with policy
  • Travel across the region from time to time

Requirements:

  • Minimum 10+ years' experience in Channel sales working with global top tier partners such as SoftwareOne, Insight, SHI, Logicalis, etc. throughout the UK and Northern Europe.
  • Minimum 5+ years' knowledge or experience working with development platforms or development tools.
  • Bachelor’s Degree
  • Experience in SFDC and Clari preferred
  • Strong verbal and written communications
  • Excellent time management and organization skills
  • Strong negotiating skills
  • Employment contingent upon completion of reference and background checks
  • Travel required across the region from time to time
