Job Description

Channel Marketing Manager owning partner onboarding, demand generation, events, and reporting for Bitwarden’s identity security business. Driving MSP, reseller, and VAR growth toward pipeline and revenue targets.

Responsibilities:

  • Own the MSP channel marketing motion end-to-end, including partner onboarding content, lifecycle email programs, enablement webinars, and annual event calendar support
  • Develop the annual Channel Marketing Plan covering event selection, budget, campaign strategy, and executive approval
  • Serve as the primary marketing contact for Channel Sales across MSP, reseller, and VAR motions
  • Run the biweekly Channel Marketing meeting and manage the event intake process
  • Build and evolve templates, briefs, and self-serve assets enabling Sales execution
  • Report on pipeline influenced, partner engagement, event ROI, and progress toward the $5M combined reseller/MSP revenue target
  • Extend partner playbooks, onboarding sequences, enablement content, and partner toolkits
  • Drive an always-on partner demand generation strategy tied to pipeline and ARR targets
  • Manage channel marketing budgets across sponsorships, campaigns, and partner enablement programs
  • Partner with Marketing Operations, Communications, and Product Marketing on partner-facing content, campaigns, and the partner portal
  • Administer the Bitwarden partner portal and keep content current, accessible, and aligned with go-to-market priorities

Requirements:

  • 7+ years of B2B channel, partner, or field marketing experience, ideally including MSPs, resellers, or VARs in a SaaS or technology company
  • Proven ability to own a marketing program end-to-end: strategy, budget, execution, and reporting, without heavy hands-on direction
  • Experience planning and executing in-person or virtual partner events, from sponsorship negotiation through post-event lead follow-up
  • Experience building or running partner lifecycle email programs, including onboarding, engagement, and re-engagement
  • Track record of turning a reactive, request-driven function into a proactive, planned one
  • Strong cross-functional collaboration skills
  • Comfort with ambiguity and prioritization
  • Collaborative and adaptable mindset
  • Openness and authenticity combined with excellent communication skills
  • Excitement and enthusiasm for open source and better internet security
  • Excellent problem-solving skills
  • Must be located in the U.S.; preferred East Coast/Central location for EMEA support
