Job Description
E-Mail-Marketing- und CRM-Manager für deutsche E-Commerce-Kunden bei MAILODY. Entwicklung von Strategien, Kundenbetreuung und Umsetzung innovativer Kampagnen.
Responsibilities:
- Work with online shops in sectors such as cosmetics, jewelry, dietary supplements, fitness products, and fashion
- Serve as the central point of contact between clients and the team
- Build strong client relationships through regular check-in calls and close collaboration
- Take full responsibility for planning, coordinating, and executing projects
- Develop email marketing and CRM strategies
- Collaborate with an operations team responsible for copywriting, graphic design, and technical implementation
- Develop and conduct innovative tests
- Leverage technical resources to implement your own ideas
- Have a direct impact on clients’ growth rates and profitability
Requirements:
- You have 1–3 years of experience in email marketing or CRM and want to deepen your expertise further.
- Previous experience with Klaviyo is a plus.
- Willingness to learn and work with new tools.
- You are comfortable approaching people, and your positive attitude makes it easy for others to talk to you.
- You can interpret data and use it to develop creative marketing strategies.
- You speak fluent German and have solid written and spoken English skills.
- This position is open exclusively to candidates based in Germany.
