Job Description
E-Mail-Marketing- und CRM-Manager für MAILODY, eine Agentur für E-Commerce-Unternehmen. Entwicklung von Strategien, Kundenbetreuung und Steuerung von Kampagnen.
Responsibilities:
- Work with e-commerce online stores in areas such as cosmetics, jewelry, dietary supplements, fitness products, and fashion
- Serve as the central point of contact between clients and the internal team
- Build strong client relationships through regular check-in calls and close collaboration
- Plan, coordinate, and implement projects
- Develop email marketing strategies and best practices
- Collaborate with an operations team responsible for copywriting, graphic design, and technical implementation
- Conduct innovative tests for clients
- Influence clients’ growth rates and profitability
Requirements:
- 1–3 years of experience in email marketing or CRM
- Previous experience with Klaviyo is a plus
- Willingness to learn and work with new tools
- Open, people-oriented personality and a positive attitude
- Ability to interpret data and develop creative marketing strategies
- Fluency in German
- Solid written and spoken English skills
