Job Description

Email Marketing Specialist managing HubSpot campaigns and lifecycle communications for SOFTSWISS. Optimizing segmentation, automation, testing, and performance across international markets.

Responsibilities:

  • Plan, set up, and launch email campaigns in HubSpot Marketing Hub, including newsletters, product updates, event and webinar campaigns, nurture sequences, and follow-up communications
  • Build and manage automated workflows and nurture sequences based on lifecycle stage, engagement, product interest, geography, and other relevant criteria
  • Collaborate with Product Marketing, Brand, Content, Design, Growth Marketing, and BizDev teams to plan and execute campaigns
  • Ensure email messaging, content, CTAs, and templates are aligned with campaign objectives and brand guidelines
  • Run A/B tests across subject lines, content, CTAs, timing, and campaign formats to improve engagement and conversion
  • Track and analyse email performance, including delivery rate, open rate, CTR, CTOR, conversion rate, unsubscribe rate, and contribution to MQL/SAL generation
  • Maintain database quality, deliverability, and GDPR compliance across email activities
  • Prepare regular performance reports and turn insights into practical recommendations
  • Continuously improve email templates, automation, processes, and overall channel effectiveness

Requirements:

  • Russian language B2+
  • English language B2+
  • 2–4+ years of experience in email, CRM, lifecycle, or marketing automation, preferably in B2B, SaaS, or technology
  • Hands-on experience with HubSpot Marketing Hub, including email campaigns, lists, segmentation, workflows, and reporting
  • Strong understanding of email marketing funnels, lead nurturing, and lifecycle communications
  • Experience working with marketing and sales funnels and CRM data
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate campaign data into actionable improvements
  • Understanding of email deliverability, database hygiene, and GDPR requirements
  • Good project management skills and the ability to manage several campaigns simultaneously
  • Experience working with complex B2B products and international markets
  • Experience with lead scoring and HubSpot CRM
  • Knowledge of email personalisation and dynamic content
  • Experience developing lifecycle strategies across different customer or lead segments
