Job Description

Enterprise Account Manager managing post-sale relationships for veterinary payment solutions at Scratch Financial. Focused on driving adoption and performance across large enterprise accounts.

Responsibilities:

  • Own post-sale enterprise relationships
  • Build and maintain relationships with executive, corporate, and regional stakeholders
  • Lead rollout of Scratch Checkout across large, multi-location enterprise networks
  • Develop and execute scalable rollout strategies across regions and practices
  • Conduct regular executive-level business reviews
  • Identify opportunities for optimization and growth
  • Act as a thought partner to enterprise leadership on strategy and operations
  • Identify and execute opportunities to expand revenue within enterprise accounts

Requirements:

  • Proven track record of driving adoption and expansion within existing accounts
  • Experience managing large enterprise accounts (100+ locations or equivalent complexity)
  • Highly operational with ability to build scalable processes at scale
  • Comfortable working cross-functionally across Sales, Support, and Onboarding
  • Background in veterinary, payments, or multi-location businesses strongly preferred
