Job Description
Enterprise Account Manager managing post-sale relationships for veterinary payment solutions at Scratch Financial. Focused on driving adoption and performance across large enterprise accounts.
Responsibilities:
- Own post-sale enterprise relationships
- Build and maintain relationships with executive, corporate, and regional stakeholders
- Lead rollout of Scratch Checkout across large, multi-location enterprise networks
- Develop and execute scalable rollout strategies across regions and practices
- Conduct regular executive-level business reviews
- Identify opportunities for optimization and growth
- Act as a thought partner to enterprise leadership on strategy and operations
- Identify and execute opportunities to expand revenue within enterprise accounts
Requirements:
- Proven track record of driving adoption and expansion within existing accounts
- Experience managing large enterprise accounts (100+ locations or equivalent complexity)
- Highly operational with ability to build scalable processes at scale
- Comfortable working cross-functionally across Sales, Support, and Onboarding
- Background in veterinary, payments, or multi-location businesses strongly preferred
