Job Description
Executive Director driving growth of Labcorp’s Real-World Data (RWD) business by leveraging unique data assets and partnerships. Leads commercialization strategies and high-performing sales team.
Responsibilities:
- Partner with Global Head of Client Engagement to define vision, strategy, and go-to-market plan for RWD business.
- Lead customer growth from ideation to full commercialization.
- Identify and implement strategies to commercialize proprietary data while adhering to data privacy standards.
- Identify, negotiate, and secure strategic partnerships in the healthcare ecosystem.
- Serve as a subject matter expert on healthcare data landscape.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree
- 10 or more years experience in data commercialization, pricing strategies, commercialization models, and business development.
- 10 or more years experience with healthcare data regulations, including HIPAA, GDPR, and other healthcare frameworks.
- 5 or more years experience with RWD.
