Job Description

Global HR leader scaling recruiting, compliance, and people operations for Compass’s distributed hourly call-center workforce. Building HR strategy across the US, LatAm, and Philippines.

Responsibilities:

  • Architect and lead global HR operations
  • Oversee high-volume recruiting and rapid onboarding across the US, LatAm, and the Philippines
  • Execute performance management, compensation planning, and retention strategies for hourly, remote call center professionals
  • Partner with operations and technology teams to integrate tools that streamline HR workflows
  • Navigate international labor laws, payroll complexities, and cultural nuances
  • Manage vendor relationships to ensure operational compliance across all operating regions
  • Lead the evaluation, implementation, and optimization of HRIS tools
  • Drive asynchronous communication best practices and remote engagement initiatives
  • Build and shape the People function of a rapidly growing global BPO
  • Serve as a trusted advisor to senior leadership

Requirements:

  • 10+ years of progressive HR leadership experience
  • Ideally, experience within a BPO or fast-scaling remote startup
  • Proven track record managing a large, distributed hourly workforce across multiple time zones
  • Deep knowledge of LatAm and Philippine labor markets
  • Multi-country HR leadership experience, preferably supporting both the US and the Philippines
  • Strong understanding of regional employment practices and compliance
  • BPO/Shared Services/GCC experience
  • Experience in high-growth, fast-paced, and matrixed organizations
  • Strategic HR leadership experience aligned with business objectives
  • Strong HR Generalist background with end-to-end expertise across Talent Acquisition, Compensation & Benefits, Employee Relations, Learning & Development, Performance Management, and HR Operations
  • Current organizational level: Senior Director or Assistant Vice President (AVP), or equivalent
  • Demonstrated experience leading regional or global HR teams
  • Proven experience leading organizational change, talent management, and workforce planning across multiple geographies
  • Excellent stakeholder management, influencing, and leadership capabilities
  • Experience partnering with executive leadership
  • Highly adaptable, comfortable with ambiguity, and possessing a builder mentality
  • Operational mindset focused on business outcomes, customer LTV, and agent resolution rates
  • Ability to leverage workforce analytics to curb attrition, improve labor efficiency, and forecast talent needs
  • Deep familiarity with modern HR technology stacks
  • Knowledge of UKG is a strong plus
