Job Description
Google Ads Account Manager managing client accounts primarily in the real estate investment space. Optimizing Google Ads campaigns and driving measurable results for clients.
Responsibilities:
- Manage and optimize a portfolio of client accounts focused on lead generation through Google Ads
- Build, structure, and continuously improve campaigns across Search, Demand Gen, and YouTube
- Monitor performance and implement optimizations to improve lead quality, ROAS, and overall profitability
- Identify bottlenecks across the funnel (traffic → leads → conversions) and recommend improvements
- Lead regular client calls, providing clear insights, updates, and growth strategies
- Act as the main point of contact, driving proactive recommendations and long-term performance improvements
- Collaborate with internal team members supporting landing pages, operations, and client success
- Ensure campaigns align with client goals and are consistently moving toward growth targets
Requirements:
- 2–6+ years of hands-on experience managing Google Ads campaigns, with a focus on lead generation
- Proven ability to optimize and scale campaigns profitably
- Strong understanding of performance marketing and conversion funnels
- Experience working in a client-facing role, leading calls and performance discussions
- Strong analytical skills, with experience using tools like Google Analytics and conversion tracking to inform optimizations
- Ability to manage multiple accounts simultaneously with a high level of ownership and organization
- Strong communication skills with a consultative approach
