Job Description
Oracle GTM Architect leading global trade, customs, transportation, and compliance solutions. Supporting Nextpower’s integrated clean-energy technology platform for utility-scale solar power plants.
Responsibilities:
- Design and configure Oracle GTM processes for import/export compliance, trade transactions, customs controls, and cross-border logistics
- Own landed cost calculation covering product value, freight, insurance, brokerage, duties, tariffs, taxes, fees, and other cost components
- Configure duty and trade tariff determination using HS/HTS codes, country of origin, jurisdictions, trade agreements, customs regimes, effective dates, and duty rates
- Lead product classification, including HS/HTS, export-control classifications, jurisdictional rules, origin attributes, and classification governance
- Design compliance screening and Restricted Party List Screening (RPLS) for parties, products, transactions, shipments, and trade documents; manage match thresholds, holds, reviews, releases, and audit history
- Configure sanctions and embargo controls, licenses, permits, document requirements, compliance determinations, exception handling, and escalation workflows
- Integrate GTM/OTM with ERP, WMS, OIC, customs brokers, carrier systems, finance, and external tariff, classification, and denied-party content providers
- Configure and support OTM order management, shipment planning, rates, tendering, tracking, freight settlement, invoice automation, agents, workflows, statuses, reports, and dashboards
- Lead solution design, estimation, technical specifications, testing/UAT, data migration, deployment, upgrades, production support, and root-cause analysis
Requirements:
- 10+ years of Oracle GTM/OTM experience, including architecture, implementation, enhancement, and production support
- Hands-on expertise in GTM landed cost, duty/tariff determination, product classification, compliance screening, RPLS, sanctions, trade controls, and auditability
- Strong knowledge of OTM/GTM configuration, master data, security, agents, automation agents, workflows, statuses, and integrations
- Proficiency in SQL/Oracle Database, XML/XSLT, XML Profiles, Integration Manager, REST/SOAP APIs, OIC, reporting, and interface monitoring
- Ability to facilitate workshops, define end-to-end processes, communicate with business and technical stakeholders, and mentor delivery teams
- Oracle certification in GTM, OTM, or Supply Chain; experience with Oracle Cloud/SaaS quarterly releases, customs and trade-content providers, ERP/WMS ecosystems, and international trade regulations (preferred)
