Job Description

HR Technology Coordinator supporting ADP projects, HR workflows, and client engagements at Higginbotham. Coordinating timelines, documentation, meetings, and stakeholder communication.

Responsibilities:

  • Support the HR Technology Consultant in managing client engagements and internal initiatives
  • Coordinate multiple client projects simultaneously
  • Maintain project plans, timelines, status updates, action logs, documentation, and client files
  • Schedule and coordinate client, internal, and vendor meetings and calls
  • Track deliverables and follow up with stakeholders on outstanding items
  • Document meeting notes, decisions, and next steps
  • Coordinate communication between consultants, clients, and vendor partners
  • Communicate project milestones, deliverables, and timelines
  • Prepare materials for client meetings, presentations, reports, summaries, and project updates
  • Escalate project risks, delays, or issues to the HR Technology Consultant
  • Provide administrative support for consulting engagements and internal initiatives
  • Coordinate calendars, meeting logistics, and follow-up communications
  • Document HR and payroll processes, including onboarding, benefits administration, and employee data management
  • Support workflow documentation and process improvements within ADP
  • Organize system documentation, user guides, configuration notes, and process libraries using Microsoft OneNote

Requirements:

  • 2–5 years of experience in project coordination, HR operations, payroll, benefits administration, or professional services
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint
  • Experience administering ADP, including administrative functions, HRIS management, benefits administration, and workflow configuration
  • Experience using Microsoft OneNote for project documentation, meeting notes, and collaboration preferred
  • Experience supporting consulting engagements or client-facing projects preferred
  • Experience working within an HR consulting firm, benefits brokerage, or payroll services organization preferred
  • Familiarity with project tracking tools such as Smartsheet, Monday.com, or Asana preferred
  • Bachelor's degree preferred
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite
  • Applied Epic experience preferred, or knowledge of a similar Agency Management System (AMS)
  • Ability to lift 25 pounds
  • Repeated use of sight, hearing, speech, and hands for workplace tasks
  • Ability to perform walking, bending, sitting, reaching, and stretching
