Job Description
Human Resources Generalist at Kreative Technologies supporting recruiting, onboarding, and employee support. Responsible for managing HR processes efficiently in a remote environment.
Responsibilities:
- Coordinate and support full-cycle recruiting efforts, including scheduling interviews, communicating with candidates, and supporting hiring managers
- Own and execute new hire onboarding processes, including documentation, system setup coordination, and communication
- Support benefits administration, including enrollments, employee questions, and coordination with brokers/vendors
- Serve as a point of contact for employees, providing guidance on HR policies and processes
- Ensure HR processes align with company policies and applicable employment laws
Requirements:
- 1–4 years of experience in Human Resources or a related field
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines
- Comfortable working independently in a remote environment
- Strong verbal and written communication skills, with confidence speaking to employees and leadership
- Experience supporting onboarding, recruiting coordination, or HR administration
