Job Description

Human Resources Generalist at Kreative Technologies supporting recruiting, onboarding, and employee support. Responsible for managing HR processes efficiently in a remote environment.

Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate and support full-cycle recruiting efforts, including scheduling interviews, communicating with candidates, and supporting hiring managers
  • Own and execute new hire onboarding processes, including documentation, system setup coordination, and communication
  • Support benefits administration, including enrollments, employee questions, and coordination with brokers/vendors
  • Serve as a point of contact for employees, providing guidance on HR policies and processes
  • Ensure HR processes align with company policies and applicable employment laws

Requirements:

  • 1–4 years of experience in Human Resources or a related field
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines
  • Comfortable working independently in a remote environment
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills, with confidence speaking to employees and leadership
  • Experience supporting onboarding, recruiting coordination, or HR administration
