Job Description
Seeking an Insurance Account Representative for a State Farm Agent team, focusing on building customer relationships and meeting sales goals. Work remotely with a supportive team culture.
Responsibilities:
- Develop leads, schedule appointments, identify customer needs, and market appropriate products and services.
- Work with the agent to establish and meet marketing goals.
- Maintain a strong work ethic with a total commitment to success each and every day.
- Work alongside your agency’s team to ensure successful long-lasting customer relations.
Requirements:
- Successful track record of meeting sales goals/quotas
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to effectively relate to a customer
- Property & Casualty license
- 2+ years prior sales / insurance experience preferred
