Job Description
State Farm Team Member responsible for promoting insurance products and developing customer relationships. Seeking motivated professionals to join a dynamic, customer-focused team in Maryland.
Responsibilities:
- Establish customer relationships and follow up with customers, as needed.
- Use a customer-focused, needs-based review process to educate customers about insurance options.
- Develop leads, schedule appointments, identify customer needs, and market appropriate products and services.
Requirements:
- Successful track record of meeting sales goals/quotas preferred
- Excellent interpersonal skills
- People-oriented
- Organizational skills
- Self-motivated
- Detail oriented
- Proactive in problem solving
- Dedicated to customer service
- Ability to multi-task
- Property and Casualty license (must be able to obtain)
- Life and Health license (must be able to obtain)
- Courses on ethical and customer centered sales practices will be required
