Job Description
Junior Account Manager at Social Discovery Group, assisting in partner management and communication. Proficient in Portuguese, English, and Russian with a focus on CRM support.
Responsibilities:
- Assistance in managing and developing partners
- Setting tasks in outsourcing and assigning them to teams, as well as writing instructions
- Sending out communications to partners and collecting feedback
- Managing project of news channels
- Working on partners' requests (frequent questions, assistance with onboarding)
- Assistance in all CRM chats
Requirements:
- Proficiency in Portuguese and English (reading, writing, ability to communicate) - B2+
- Proficiency in Russian - C1+
- Excellent communication skills
- Experience in negotiating, working with contractors, partners, working with claims
- Experience in working with Google Workspace
