Job Description

Key Account Manager expanding Stäubli’s electrical test and measurement connector business. Managing strategic accounts, new opportunities, negotiations, and complex sales projects across northern Germany and Benelux.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain strategic customer relationships at all levels of the customer organization
  • Analyze customer requirements and develop and position tailored solutions in the field of Electrical Test & Measurement
  • Develop and implement sustainable sales strategies to unlock new business potential
  • Expand existing key accounts
  • Identify, acquire and develop new customers with the goal of sustainable revenue growth
  • Conduct contract and price negotiations
  • Manage complex sales projects through to successful completion
  • Represent the company at trade shows, conferences and customer events
  • Actively maintain relevant networks
  • Monitor market, technology and competitive developments
  • Derive and implement appropriate measures to strengthen the company’s market position

Requirements:

  • Degree in engineering or business administration or an equivalent qualification (e.g., vocational training with relevant further education)
  • Professional experience in key account management, technical sales or business development in the electrical industry or test and measurement technology
  • Technical understanding of complex, explanation‑required products and solutions
  • Ability to advise customers competently at different organizational levels
  • Strong customer focus
  • Negotiation skills and a confident presence when dealing with decision-makers
  • Strategic mindset as well as an independent and structured way of working
  • Business‑fluent German and English
  • Willingness to travel approximately 30% within Germany, Belgium, the Netherlands and Luxembourg
  • Residence in northern Germany or willingness to relocate to the region
