Job Description
Key Account Manager growing OEM accounts and regional channels for Littelfuse, a manufacturer of electrical protection and power-control technologies in Mexico. Driving design wins, sales pipelines, and commercial execution.
Responsibilities:
- Manage strategic OEM accounts, customer relationships, account health, revenue growth, and commercial performance
- Engage OEM R&D, Design Engineering, and Procurement teams to specify and position Littelfuse components
- Lead the sales lifecycle from design-in and prototyping through production release and Design Wins
- Collaborate with North American Key Account Management on cross-border accounts and global design-in opportunities
- Execute joint POS growth strategies and monitor distributor inventory health
- Direct and support regional Sales Representative agencies
- Manage Design Registrations, custom projects, and New Business Opportunities
- Conduct technical product trainings, market updates, and commercial enablement sessions
- Maintain and forecast the sales pipeline in LFBC CRM
- Collaborate with Engineering, Supply Chain, Finance, Legal, Quality, Operations, Credit, Logistics, and Customer Support
- Negotiate commercial contracts, conduct annual price reviews, and leverage Special Pricing Agreements
- Deliver demand forecasts and mitigate lead-time and backlog risks
- Act as the internal Voice of the Customer to resolve operational issues and maintain account satisfaction
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronics, Industrial Engineering, or related technical discipline, or equivalent commercial experience in a technical industry
- Minimum 5 years of experience in Key Account Management, Sales Engineering, or Channel Management within industrial, electronic, or electrical components
- Deep understanding of electronic components, circuit protection, power control, industrial automation, and HVAC/OEM applications
- Knowledge of key competitors in the target market
- Experience managing high-spec OEM accounts, long-cycle projects, Design Wins, and New Business Opportunities
- Experience coordinating cross-region or international account strategies across North America and LATAM
- Cross-functional leadership and stakeholder management skills
- Experience with industrial distribution networks and independent Sales Representatives
- Strong negotiation skills involving contracts, pricing, and Special Pricing Agreements
- Proficiency with CRM platforms such as Salesforce, SAP, or internal CRM systems
- Business fluency in English and Spanish, written and verbal
- Willingness to travel regionally up to 30–50%
- Strong technical, commercial, communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills
- Results-oriented business acumen and ability to convert strategic growth opportunities
- Ability to work across functions, regions, and sales channels in a global environment
