Job Description
Key Account Manager promoting Mondi Paper Bags through client interactions across the UK. Managing relationships and focusing on sales growth in the industrial packaging sector.
Responsibilities:
- Lead key account relations, ensuring client satisfaction and retention.
- Advise clients on paper bag technologies and materials.
- Work with production and logistics to meet client needs on time.
- Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities within current clients.
- Prospect and win new clients in industrial packaging markets.
- Boost Mondi Paper Bags’ reputation in the UK, highlighting products and sustainability.
- Establish strong relationships with prospects for long-term growth.
Requirements:
- Experienced B2B sales professional, ideally with a background in industrial packaging, paper bag manufacturing, or related sectors.
- Motivated self-starter, able to work remotely and independently, as well as collaboratively within a diverse, international team.
- Demonstrates strong interpersonal, negotiation, and presentation skills, with the confidence to engage prospects, customers, and senior stakeholders.
- Adaptable and quick to respond to changing market conditions, customer expectations, and supply chain challenges.
- Passionate about sustainability, able to effectively promote and represent Mondi’s sustainable paper-based packaging solutions.
- Proficient in Microsoft 365 applications and comfortable with internal CRM systems and digital tools.
- Willing to travel extensively across the UK and occasionally to Europe for training, meetings, and industry events.
