Job Description
Manager of inbound SDR team at Roofr developing CRM solutions. Leading team and optimizing conversion across revenue funnel.
Responsibilities:
- Hire, onboard, and develop a team of inbound SMB SDRs
- Build a high-performance, high-accountability team culture rooted in coaching and development
- Run regular 1:1s, call coaching, pipeline reviews, and performance management
- Own speed-to-lead, contact rate, qualification quality, and pipeline creation
- Optimize lead routing, prioritization, and follow-up processes
- Ensure SDRs deliver a world-class first impression of the company
- Partner with Growth & Marketing on lead flow, lifecycle stages, and MQL → SQL conversion
- Align on ICP, scoring models, and segmentation strategies
- Support webinar, demo request, trial, and hand-raiser follow-up motions
- Partner with SMB AEs and AMs to ensure high-quality handoffs
- Create feedback loops on lead quality and conversion
- Align on qualification criteria, discovery standards, and pipeline hygiene
- Own SDR dashboards and reporting (conversion rates, SLAs, pipeline contribution)
- Partner with RevOps to improve tooling, automation, and workflows
- Continuously test and optimize scripts, sequences, and talk tracks
Requirements:
- 3–6+ years in B2B SaaS (PLG or inbound-led motion strongly preferred)
- 1–3+ years managing SDR/BDR teams
- Experience in SMB or high-velocity sales environments
- Proven success managing inbound SDR teams
- Strong coach who develops people, not just manages metrics
- Data-driven but people-first leadership style
- Deep understanding of funnel metrics and conversion levers
- Experience working closely with Marketing and RevOps
- Comfortable owning reporting, dashboards, and performance analysis
