Job Description

Managing Director overseeing a $27m+ B2B marketing unit for Directive. Driving strategy and performance, focusing on client outcomes and operational excellence.

Responsibilities:

  • Own the vision, strategy, and financial performance of the division
  • Ensure exceptional client outcomes while driving operational excellence and team development
  • Report directly to the CEO
  • Focus on client outcomes and team quality
  • Thrive in high-performance environments and build teams for measurable marketing results

Requirements:

  • 5-10+ yrs of experience managing agency operations with VP level direct reports
  • True depth of B2B marketing expertise
  • Hardest working, smartest, most honest person in every organization you have served
  • Monthly travel (1-2x @ 48 hr trips) across clients, events, and direct reports
