Job Description

Paid Media Specialist managing media campaigns for e-commerce brands. Working with analytics and optimization strategies for successful paid traffic conversion.

Responsibilities:

  • Launch, manage, and optimize paid media campaigns across Meta (Facebook & Instagram), Google Ads, and other performance marketing channels.
  • Monitor daily campaign performance and implement optimization strategies to improve ROAS, CPA, CTR, and overall campaign efficiency.
  • Conduct A/B testing on ad creatives, copy, and landing pages to identify high-performing variations.
  • Manage campaign budgets and ensure spend aligns with performance targets and business goals.
  • Track and analyze campaign performance using tools such as Google Analytics, Meta Ads Manager, and other analytics platforms.
  • Prepare performance reports with actionable insights and recommendations for campaign improvements.
  • Support customer acquisition efforts through paid media strategies aligned with e-commerce conversion funnels.
  • Collaborate with the creative team to ensure ad creatives align with brand messaging and campaign goals.
  • Work closely with marketing and creative teams to align campaign execution with broader marketing initiatives.

Requirements:

  • 2+ years of experience managing paid media campaigns for e-commerce brands, preferably within consumer products.
  • Hands-on experience managing Meta Ads and Google Ads campaigns.
  • Experience conducting A/B testing and campaign optimization to improve performance outcomes.
  • Strong understanding of paid media performance metrics such as ROAS, CPA, CTR, and CPC.
  • Familiarity with Google Analytics and other performance tracking tools.
  • Experience with Shopify store management, analytics, and conversion rate optimization.
  • Understanding of e-commerce customer acquisition funnels and digital marketing strategy.
  • Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
  • Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and identify optimization opportunities.
  • Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously.
