Job Description
Recruiter for skilled trades in manufacturing supporting client hiring processes. Managing high requisition loads across multiple locations in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities:
- Support the client in the manufacturing industry by connecting motivated candidates to job opportunities.
- Leverage social networks and industry communities to build a strong pipeline of candidates.
- Oversee quality of delivery and service team and mitigate risks to account health.
- Efficiently screen and assess candidates to advocate for career opportunities.
- Drive client satisfaction and loyalty by providing an exceptional hiring experience.
Requirements:
- 3+ years of full life-cycle recruiting experience for skilled trades manufacturing positions.
- Proven ability to manage high requisition loads of at least 50–75+ positions.
- Experience recruiting across 12 or more locations at one time.
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Ability to work in the across Pacific, Mountain and Central time zones.
- Resilient, resourceful, and comfortable in a high‑pressure environment.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
