Job Description

Recruiting and HR Coordinator managing full-cycle hiring and practical HR workflows. Supporting five SERVPRO franchises that restore homes and businesses after property damage.

Responsibilities:

  • Run full-cycle recruiting for field, office, sales, and leadership openings across five franchises
  • Build candidate pipelines through job advertising, sourcing, referrals, and direct outreach
  • Screen candidates, coordinate interviews, prepare offers, and keep prehire steps on track
  • Help hiring managers define needs and make timely, job-related decisions
  • Keep candidates informed and maintain accurate applicant records
  • Track applicant flow, source quality, conversion, and time-to-fill, and improve hiring processes
  • Coordinate onboarding and maintain accurate, confidential employee documentation
  • Support routine employee relations, performance, policy, and compliance questions
  • Complete assigned employee-data and payroll workflows in Paycor

Requirements:

  • At least three years of professional experience, including demonstrated success owning the full recruiting cycle
  • Practical, hands-on HR experience with onboarding, employee documentation, policies, employee relations, or performance processes
  • Hands-on Paycor experience; experience with another HR or payroll platform alone does not meet this requirement
  • Strong organization, follow-through, communication, judgment, and discretion
  • Ability to manage several openings and priorities without losing details or leaving candidates waiting
